BuyLetLink provides a platform for property listings, rentals, maintenance services, in-app messaging, agent services, lease management, and payment tracking. Basic use is free; premium listings incur a 2% transaction fee, with refunds available within 7 days if no views are received. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with notice via email or our website.
Users grant BuyLetLink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote listing content (e.g., property images, descriptions) for platform purposes. All other content on BuyLetLink is owned by us or our licensors.
BuyLetLink is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or profits, except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@buyletlink.com.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, before escalating to the courts of Nairobi, governed by Kenyan law.
You agree to indemnify BuyLetLink against any claims arising from your use of the platform, including violations of these terms or third-party rights.
